At The Spec, we take our food seriously—so you don’t have to. Our home-cooked delights include everything from golden, crispy fish and chips to lasagne that could make an Italian weep (in a good way). Our mouth-watering burgers are stacked so high you might need a game plan, and our cooked breakfasts are the perfect way to recover from last night’s "just one more drink." And then there’s Sunday lunch, featuring gravy so good you’ll wish we bottled it (we’ve considered it, but we’d rather pour it all over your roast).
